Growboxx Inc. is committed to providing high-quality raised garden beds to our customers in Chilliwack, BC, and across Canada. In order to maintain the quality of our products and provide the best service possible, we have established the following refunds and return policy:
Refunds
Growboxx Inc. does not offer refunds on any of our products. Once an order has been placed and payment has been received, the sale is considered final. We encourage customers to carefully review their order before completing their purchase.
Returns
Growboxx Inc. does not accept returns of any kind. We do not offer exchanges or refunds for products that have been shipped or delivered. If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Cancellations
Customers may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting Growboxx Inc. Customer Service. If the order has already been shipped or delivered, it cannot be cancelled.
Exceptions
In the unlikely event that a customer receives a damaged or defective product, we will work with them to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved, Growboxx Inc. may offer a replacement product at our discretion.
Changes to this Policy

We may update this refunds and returns policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on our website.
